Each plate is weight and dimension calibrated. This means that the weight of the disc must be within +0.5% and -0.5%. The color scheme of the plates assigned to each weight complies with the technical requirements of the IWF, the International Weightlifting Federation. The inner diameter has been matched to Olympic bars. Precision manufacturing ensures weight stability during intense training.

The sleeve in the plate is made of stainless steel - this makes it easier to put on and take off the weight from the barbell. Additionally, this is the element that keeps the weight stably on the barbell.
