Payment methods

In our store, we offer secure and proven payment methods. All transactions are carried out using encrypted connection (HTTPS / SSL) — details below.

  1. Electronic payments (quick payments / payment gateways)

  • Tpay (tpay.pl) — fast online payments (instant transfers, card payments). During payment, you use a secure form/operator Tpay; card details are not stored on our server. Details and operator's privacy policy can be found at: https://tpay.com/.

  • Paynow (paynow.pl) — an alternative payment gateway supporting instant transfers and card payments. Card details are processed by Paynow; we do not store full card details. Details: https://paynow.pl/.

By choosing payment via a gateway, we redirect you (or display a secure iframe) to the payment operator's system — the entire process takes place in the operator's secure environment.

  1. Traditional bank transfer (prepayment)

  • After placing an order, you will receive transfer details (recipient's name, account number). The order is processed upon receipt of payment.

  • Transfer details:
Recipient's name: Gym Freaks Group S.C.
    IBAN: PL44 1140 2004 0000 3902 8529 1844
Transfer title: Order code and name of the ordering person
  1. Card payment (via gateway)

  • Payment cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro are supported by the above gateways (Tpay / Paynow / Autopay S.A.). Card number, CVV, and expiration date are processed by the operator, not by our store.

  • The entity providing online payment processing for card payments is Autopay S.A.
  1. Other methods (optional)

  • We can also offer payment on delivery / payment upon receipt / installments / BLIK / e-wallets — the list of available methods is provided during order finalization and may vary depending on the product or delivery country.

Payment security and SSL certificate

  • All pages related to order fulfillment and payments (checkout, payment operator redirects, confirmation pages) are served exclusively through a secure HTTPS connection and protected by a valid SSL/TLS certificate (issued by Let's Encrypt). This ensures that payment data transmitted is protected against eavesdropping and modification.

Information on processing payment data

  • We do not store full payment card details (card number, CVV). The payment operator processes this data on their servers in accordance with their privacy policy and security standards (e.g., PCI-DSS) — details can be found in the Tpay / Paynow policies.

  • We store transactional data (payment status, transaction ID) for order processing and accounting purposes.

Returns / Refunds

  • We process refunds for returned goods to the same payment method used by the customer for the purchase, if technically feasible (see the "Returns" section in the Terms and Conditions).
