We are a Polish company specializing in the sale of fitness equipment and exercise accessories. We offer equipment for home and gym use as well as parts and accessories — our sales are conducted exclusively online through the store https://gym-freaks.eu.

Where do we ship: We ship to countries within the European Union and selected countries outside the EU. The full list of countries and shipping prices can be found on the "Delivery and Shipping" page.
Order processing time: We usually process orders within 1-3 business days (the processing time provided for each product gives an approximate shipping date). During promotional periods, processing time may be extended — current deadlines are provided for each product.
Payments: we accept bank transfer, fast online payments (e.g. przelewy24/tpay - if applicable), payment on delivery (if option active). Details of payment methods can be found in the "Payment Methods" section.
Returns and complaints:

You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods.

To initiate a return, fill out the return form/submit a notification by email to store@gym-freaks.eu.

The goods should be returned to the return address: (if different from the headquarters, enter the return address). The cost of return is borne by the buyer, unless the return is due to our mistake. Detailed rules and instructions can be found on the "Returns Policy" page.

Complaints are processed within 14 days of receiving the notification; the complaint procedure is described in the "Complaints" tab.
Guarantees and authenticity: all products sold by us are original and come from verified suppliers. If the product has a manufacturer's warranty, information on the length and terms of the warranty can be found in the product description.
