The “Gym Freaks” brand is a trade name operated by GYM FREAKS GROUP s.c., based in Wejherowo.
We are a Polish company specializing in the sale of fitness equipment and exercise accessories. We offer equipment for home and gym use as well as parts and accessories — our sales are conducted exclusively online through the store https://gym-freaks.eu.
All products offered in the store are sold by GYM FREAKS GROUP s.c. Shipping is carried out directly from the warehouses of our logistics partners within the European Union.

Where do we ship: We ship to countries within the European Union and selected countries outside the EU. The full list of countries and shipping prices can be found on the "Delivery and Shipping" page.
Order processing time: We usually process orders within 1-3 business days (the processing time provided for each product gives an approximate shipping date). During promotional periods, processing time may be extended — current deadlines are provided for each product.

Returns and complaints:

To initiate a return, fill out the return form/submit a notification by email to store@gym-freaks.eu.
