§1 General provisions
1. This Opinion Policy regulates the rules for adding, publishing, and verifying opinions
regarding products or services offered by the Owner of the Service.
2. The Owner of the Service at gym-freaks.eu is GYM FREAKS GROUP s.c., ul.
Kazimierza Dzięcielskiego 6B/14, 84-200 Wejherowo NIP: 5882519355, REGON: 529706510
represented by Sebastian Zakurzewski and Jakub Białas, owners of the civil partnership.
§2 Definitions
1. Consumer - a natural person entering into a legal transaction with an entrepreneur not related
directly to their business or professional activity (definition based on art. 221
Civil Code).
2. Civil Code - Act of 23 April 1964 - Civil Code (Journal of Laws of 1964 No. 16 item
93).
3. Opinion Policy - this document.
4. Product - any goods or services within the meaning of art. 2 point 3 of the Act on counteracting
unfair market practices; The Product is paid unless stated otherwise.
5. Service - an online service available at gym-freaks.eu.
6. Social media - accounts or profiles maintained on social media platforms, including
Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin.
7. Opinion - subjective statements of Users published in the Service by the Owner
of the Service under the rules of this Opinion Policy.
8. Act on counteracting unfair market practices - Act of 23 August
2007.
9. Digital service - a service allowing the Client to: a) generate, process,
store or access data in digital form, b) share data in
digital form that have been sent or created by the consumer or other
users of this service, c) other forms of interaction using such data.
10. Electronic service - a service provided electronically through the Store;
service within the meaning of art. 2 point 4 of the Act on the provision of electronic services.
11. User - any natural person visiting the Service or using one or more
services or functionalities described in the Policy.

§3 Rules for publishing opinions
1. Opinions about Products or Services issued by Consumers are publicly available.
The Service Owner publishes verified and/or unverified opinions. Opinions
that are verified are additionally and clearly marked as verified.
2. Positive, neutral, and negative opinions are published on the Service.
3. The authors of the opinions are:
individuals who have purchased the Product or Service
individuals who have received the Product or Service without payment
individuals using the Product or Service
individuals who have received the Product or Service based on a barter agreement or other
contract
4. The Owner places Opinions published by Users in the Service originating
directly from the Website, as well as published on Social Media or other
websites.
5. Opinions posted on the Service are independent and not sponsored.
6. By publishing an Opinion, the User grants the Service Owner
free consent to use, distribute, and publish the Opinion along with the author's data.
§4 Opinion Verification
1. Opinions are published by the Service Owner after prior verification.
2. Users can share their opinion through, among others: a form on the website, a comment under
the offered Product or Service.
3. Opinion verification includes, among other things, direct contact with the User
thanking them for the opinion; sending Users a dedicated link to
leave an opinion; logging into the Service using an Account through which
the purchase was made.
4. In case of doubts whether the opinion comes from a person using
the Service Owner's Products or Services, this opinion will not be published as
verified.
5. Published opinions aim to present the benefits associated with using
the Service Owner's Products or Services, benefits that have been recognized by
previous Users.
6. The Service Owner does not use sponsored or barter opinions.
§5 Publishing, modifying, and deleting Opinions
1. An opinion is published in the form in which the Consumer provided it, i.e., it is not edited,
shortened, or modified.
2. An opinion is subject to modification or deletion in situations where:
it is contrary to the law or good manners,
it violates or restricts the rights of third parties,
it is untrue or misleading,
it contains harmful software or files,
contains stylistic, spelling, and grammatical errors,
concerns Products or Services not available for sale
§6 Complaints
1. The User may file a complaint regarding the posting of Reviews in electronic form to
email address store@gym-freaks.eu or in writing to the address Kazimierza Dzięcielskiego 6B/14,
84-200 Wejherowo in accordance with the template in attachment no. 1.
2. All complaints are considered promptly, no later than within 14 days from the date
of filing the complaint.
§7 Liability
1. Users bear sole responsibility for the Reviews published.
§8 Privacy Policy Changes
1. The Policy is regularly reviewed and updated.
2. The current version of the Policy was adopted and is effective from 2024-11-22.
§9 Final Provisions
1. The latest version of the Review Policy is published on the Website.
2. In order to continuously improve the Review verification process, the Website Owner
regularly updates the Review Policy.
