Solid construction The L8021's advantage is its construction - a thick steel frame allows for working with loads exceeding 150kg, while the use of grooves in the frame makes the bench weigh only 9.5kg. Finish The seat is covered with PU leather, which is resistant to abrasion and non-slip. Thanks to its high chemical resistance, it is also hygienic and easy to clean. Prayer book The prayer book has a two-step height adjustment, which allows for comfortable exercise regardless of height and arm length. The length of the prayer book promotes safe - without the risk of elbow hyperextension - arm muscle exercise. Stylish design The bench is not only comfortable and functional, but also stylish. The combination of black carbon material with red stitching creates a great visual effect that is characteristic of the HMS brand. Safety and comfort A home training bench will often be placed on panels or other slippery surfaces. For this reason, the L8021 is equipped with two large rubber pads on the front of the stand, and the rear part is protected by rubber pads that are additionally grooved to provide greater friction. All protruding screws have caps. Easy assembly The entire package comes with everything needed for assembly (key, screws, pads, caps) along with a clear instruction manual in Polish. The assembly time for one person is about 10 minutes. Possible exercises On the bench, you can perform exercises for almost all major muscle groups: Chest - bench press, incline bench press, negative incline bench press, flyes. Triceps - French press, Swedish push-ups. Shoulders - military press, Arnold press. Back - dumbbell rows (lying on the stomach), dumbbell rowsone-handed.
