Functionality:

The equipment is equipped with height adjustment for the racks, prayer bench, backrest, seat, and leg press. The prayer bench can be easily changed to an upper pull, which allows for exercises targeting the muscles of the chest, arms, triceps, biceps, forearms, shoulder girdle, and legs. The unused element (prayer bench or pull) in a particular exercise can be placed in one of the two holders located at the back of the bench.
