Functionality
The bench also offers the possibility of training with barbell stands. LS3859 has an adjustable height for the barbell. The device is adapted for exercises with or without a preacher curl. LS3859 provides a wide range of possibilities for working on the lower and upper body parts, and thus diversifying the training. HMS equipment allows for exercises of the chest, arms, forearms, legs, and thighs. NOTE: the bench does not include a barbell and weights.
