The GFCD450 HMS Olympic barbell has 4 needle bearings (2 on each side), which allow smooth rotation of the load. Its design eliminates stress on the ends of the rollers, resulting in greater operational durability of the bearing. Despite its small cross-sectional area, needle bearings have high rigidity and load-bearing capacity.

Two clamp jaws included in the set guarantee a stable position of the weight on the barbell during exercise. The attachments have rubber elements on the inner part to prevent the weight from loosening.
