Each plate is weight and dimension calibrated. This means that the weight of the disc must be within +0.5% and -0.5%. The inner diameter has been matched to Olympic bars. Precision manufacturing ensures weight stability during intense training.
The sleeve in the plate is made of stainless steel - this makes it easier to put on and take off the load from the barbell. Additionally, this is the element that keeps the load stably on the bar.
