Comprehensive training of multiple muscle groups is now possible with the MH-U102.2.0 bar with handle. This stationary equipment with compact dimensions will work perfectly in smaller spaces, making it easier than you think to develop your dream, sculpted, defined, and strong abdominal and arm muscles.

The bar will allow you to perform exercises such as leg raises or air push-ups! Thanks to the lower push-up handles, you can also perform the traditional version. To fully utilize the capabilities of our equipment, we have included an additional bar suspended at a height of 210 cm. It will allow for wide grip pull-ups, which will greatly impact the back muscles.

Adjustable handle

You can adjust the handle at the armrests to your needs thanks to the appropriate adjustment with a clamping knob. You can set it at two distances from the wall - 43 cm and 47 cm. By locking the handles in the selected position, you will not feel discomfort during exercises. The handles are protected with rubber grips.

Ergonomic armrests

Exercise equipment must not only be functional but also comfortable to use. In the MH-U102 new generation, we have introduced a solution used in professional commercial devices - in this model, we have applied ergonomic, inclined, contoured inward armrests, which provide comfortable and secure support for your elbows. An additional advantage of this solution is the stable maintenance of the elbows apart during abdominal muscle training.

The MH-U102 bar has been specially equipped with a pull-up bar at a height of 226 cm so that you can expand the range of possible exercises. In addition to traditional Swedish push-ups, you will be able to pull yourself up on the bar, thus exercising arm, back, or chest muscles. When you no longer need the bar for a particular exercise, you can easily remove it and set it aside.

Facilitating exercise platforms

Push-ups, hanging leg raises, or pull-ups have never been easier! Thanks to the included platforms in the set, you will easily assume the correct, technically sound position for exercises. This will certainly also make it easier to perform exercises at the beginning of your strength training journey.
