With our parallel bars and bar, you will be able to exercise several muscle groups. This small device will allow you to sculpt both your abs and perform push-ups in the air, thereby strengthening your arms. To expand the range of exercises, the set also includes a holder for a boxing bag. By installing our set, you gain a multifunctional training space without leaving your home.

Two mounting options

You decide which installation is most convenient for you. Depending on the space you have, you can mount the bar with handles directly to the wall or to the MH-U204 ladder, with which it is fully compatible. A major advantage of this solution is expanding the exercise station while saving space in the room!

The set with handles includes three sets of hooks. Two of them allow you to mount the equipment to the wall at two heights, designed respectively for the handles and the bar. The third set of hooks will serve you for mounting the device on the MH-U204 ladder.

Adjustable handle

You can adjust the handle at the armrests to your needs thanks to the appropriate adjustment with a clamping knob. You can set it at two distances from the wall - 43 cm and 47 cm. By locking the handles in the chosen position, you will not feel discomfort during exercises. The handles are protected with rubber grips.

Ergonomic armrests

Exercise equipment must not only be functional but also comfortable to use. We used a new, thicker secondary foamed foam with a stiffness of R90 to produce the armrests, which provides comfortable and secure support for your elbows.

Removable bar with a boxing bag holder

Our handle offers a rarely seen possibility in other models to expand it and increase exercise options. Simply unscrew the two knobs on the sides of the handle to remove the bar with the boxing bag holder!
