Adjustable stationary bars for exercises MH-D212 are designed for training multiple muscle groups.
They take up little space - making them perfect equipment for home use. The simple, reliable construction allows sculpting both abdominal muscles by performing leg lifts and arm muscles through the possibility of doing Swedish push-ups.
Thanks to the use of a strong 40x40 mm profile combined with a 30 mm tube in their production, they achieve a maximum load capacity of 200 kg.
The bars are powder-coated in black and red.

Height adjustment of the bars
The MH-D212 bars are equipped with the option of height adjustment.
You have two adjustment levels available, 86 cm and 95 cm.
With this solution, you can adjust them to your height for even more comfortable training.
Adjustable lower crossbar
The MH-D212 bars have an adjustable lower crossbar, which increases the range of exercises that can be performed and serves as reinforcement for the entire structure.
You can adjust the crossbar to a height ranging from 29 cm to 44 cm.
Adjustable width of the bars
You can easily adjust the MH-D212 bars to your requirements by setting the desired width.
The adjustment is smooth, ranging from 42 cm to 109 cm.
Four pressure knobs ensure secure locking of the bars in the chosen position.
Increased range of exercises
The adjustable MH-D212 bars have an additional, 12 cm long handle for push-ups.
By placing it outside the bars, you can perform exercises such as French push-ups more freely.
Combined with height adjustment, lower crossbar, and the option to disconnect, the MH-D212 bars create a device for comprehensive training using your own body weight.
Plastic feet
