Thanks to the special construction of the MS-D202 bar, you can mount it both to the wall and ceiling. To do this, simply unscrew 4 screws, change the position of the bar, and you're done!

The bar handles are smoothly adjustable in the range of 20 to 50 cm in a narrow grip and 90 to 120 cm in a wide grip.

Six mounting holes
Thanks to the use of 6 mounting holes with a diameter of 11 mm, the bar can be securely attached to both the wall and the ceiling.
The appropriately large diameter of the holes will allow you to use the strongest mounting system.
Punching bag holder
We equipped the bar with a strong holder for a punching bag. We made it from 3mm thick sheet metal, so it will withstand even the most intense training.
