DC30 will be used for training both upper and lower muscle groups. It will find its application at every level of the exerciser's advancement. With its help, we will also perform exercises to increase mobility, range of motion in joints, and motor coordination.
Exercises can be performed by putting bands on the feet and making movements with the bar, or vice versa, holding the bar with the legs and stretching the bands.
