Rower spiningowy SW8902N HMS został specjalnie zaprojektowany do Indoor Cyclingu, czyli tzw. kolarstwa halowego. Jest to bardzo prosta i efektywna forma treningu aerobowego, ograniczająca praktycznie do minimum możliwość kontuzji i optymalizująca nasze wysiłki w walce o szczupłą sylwetkę. W trakcie godzinnego treningu spalamy nawet do 1000 kcal, to naprawdę niesamowity wynik biorąc pod uwagę przyjemność i łatwość samego treningu!
