The upper and lower MH-W104 pull-out is another accessory proposal for benches from the Home line. This addition will turn any Home line bench that can accommodate additional elements into an advanced machine, allowing for safe and varied training of many muscle groups.
We used strong, Polish steel with a certificate for the production of the pull-out. The main structure of the pull-out is made of a 40x40 mm profile, while the insert entering the bench has a width of 35x35 mm, allowing it to be mounted on Home series benches. This procedure resulted in achieving a tested device durability of up to 140kg!
Thanks to the use of three ball-bearing guided wheels and a slider mounted on two plastic bushings, the device operates very smoothly, and the slider does not wear off the paint from the frame structure. A special bushing prevents the cable from falling out of the wheel guide.
We know perfectly well that after receiving the pull-out, you would like to start exercising right away. That's why in the set, you receive everything you need to start exercising immediately: the pull-out, slider, steel cables with carabiners and a rubber stopper, and the long handle MH-C001.

Rubber bumper
In this model, we equipped the end of the cable with a thick, rubber bumper in the shape of a ball. It protects the pulley from damage that may occur when releasing the bar after completing a set of exercises.
