You can adjust the backrest and seat of the MH-L107 bench in seven positions, and the backrest angle can be adjusted from -10° to 76°. This will allow you to have a comprehensive training of the chest and shoulders muscles. It is worth noting that the backrest moves relative to the stands when setting positive angles. This allows you to comfortably and safely remove the barbell from the rack forks during bench press.
Possibility of expansion
