They take up little space - perfect equipment for home. The simple and reliable construction allows you to sculpt both abdominal muscles by doing leg lifts and arm muscles by the possibility of doing push-ups in the air.

Thanks to the use of a strong 40x40 mm profile combined with a 30 mm pipe in their production, they achieve a maximum load capacity of 140 kg.

The bars are powder-coated in black.
