MS-U112 2.0 training cage, also known as Power Rack or squat rack, is one of the most versatile training tools offered by Marbo Sport.
It is a sturdy metal construction consisting of vertical columns and horizontal beams that together create a closed space - a training cage.
Power rack is used for various strength exercises, mainly squats, but also for bench pressing, pull-ups, and other exercises using a barbell and body weight.
Adjustable barbell holders
The MS-U112 2.0 construction is equipped with two sets of adjustable J-hooks, which allow you to safely place the barbell at the optimal height for the exercise being performed. The J-hooks can be set at 18 height levels.
Safety bars
Power Rack MS-U112 2.0 also has horizontal safety bars. If during training (e.g., squats with a barbell), a full repetition cannot be completed, the Power Rack safety bars serve as a safety measure to safely lower the weight.
Bands attachment pins
The MS-U112 2.0 is equipped with attachment pins for resistance bands, which work great as an alternative to traditional weights.


Landmine handle
The landmine allows you to secure one end of the barbell, allowing it to rotate. As a result, the landmine enables dynamic and diverse exercises, usually using one side of the body. It provides an interesting variation to strength training and can be used by both beginners and advanced athletes.
Barbell and weight storage bars
The barbell and weight plates can be conveniently stored in dedicated holders located at the base of the MS-U112 2.0 construction.

The bars can be set at two heights - higher to increase the exercise difficulty and lower for training push-ups in a front support position.
Additionally, they have a 3-step adjustment for width, allowing you to customize them to your individual training preferences.


Pull-up bar
Pull-ups on the bar are one of the most popular and effective forms of training, allowing you to effectively improve strength, endurance, and increase muscle mass. The MS-U112 2.0 bar can be used for pull-ups: overhand grip, underhand grip, wide grip, as well as for active hangs.
Boxing bag hook
In addition, the Power Rack MS-U112 2.0 is equipped with a handle that allows for quick and convenient hanging of a bag, enabling boxing training in the comfort of your home.
Rubber feet
Rubber feet improve the stability of the structure and prevent scratching the floor during training. With them, you can exercise without risk in your home space.
Possibility of anchoring to the ground
In the base of the MS-U112 2.0 cage, there are holes that allow the structure to be fastened to the ground, thereby improving its stability and increasing safety during training. The anchoring method should be chosen individually, taking into account the type of flooring and the product's usage.
