At GYM FREAKS, we care about the satisfaction of our customers. As an online store operating in a dropshipping model, we provide clear, fair and legal rules regarding returns and withdrawal from the contract.
1. Right to withdraw from the contract
The consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the product, without the need to give a reason.
2. Return conditions
For the return to be accepted:

the product cannot show signs of use,
-
the product should be returned in the original packaging as much as possible,
-
all elements of the set must be complete.
In case of a decrease in the value of the product (e.g. signs of use), the store may reduce the refund amount according to the assessment of the product's condition.
3. The nature of our business (dropshipping)
GYM FREAKS operates exclusively as an online store — nie prowadzimy sklepu stacjonarnego ani punktu odbioru.
Products are shipped from many different external warehouses in Europe

4. Return procedure
To make a return:

Contact us by email: store@gym-freaks.eu
Provide: order number, product name and optionally the reason for the return. -
You will receive a confirmation from us along with the correct address to which the product should be returned.

Pack the product in a way that secures its transport.

Send the product to the address indicated in the return message.
5. Return costs

In case of withdrawal from the contract (return without giving a reason) we cover the cost of returning the product.

If the return is due to the seller's fault (order error, defect, damage), we cover the return costs.
In such situations:

we can provide a return label, or
-
refund the cost of shipping after its documentation.
6. Refund
The refund takes up to 7 days from the moment we receive the returned product.
The payment is refunded using the same method that was used during the purchase.
For card payments, the funds automatically return to the account associated with the card.
7. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The return does not apply in the case of:

personalized products,
-
custom-made products,
-
hygiene products after opening the package (e.g. mats, personal accessories),
-
products damaged as a result of improper use by the buyer.
8. Complaints
If the product arrived damaged or not as described:

attach photos and description of the problem,

we will provide further instructions or solutions (exchange, return, partial refund).
