GYM FREAKS Return Policy

At GYM FREAKS, we care about the satisfaction of our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return the product. Below you will find detailed information regarding our return policy.

1. Right of withdrawal from the contract

According to the applicable law, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days from the day of receiving the product, without giving a reason.

2. Return conditions

In order for the return to be accepted, the product must:

  • Be in undamaged condition (unused, undamaged).

  • Be returned in the original packaging, if possible.

  • Include all set elements, if the product was offered as a set.

3. Return procedure

To make a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Service Office by sending an email to: store@gym-freaks.eu.

  2. Provide purchase details, including order number, product name, and reason for return (optional).

  3. After receiving confirmation from our team, pack the product in a way that ensures its safe transport.

  4. Send the product to GYM FREAKS GROUP s.c., ul. Kazimierza Dzięcielskiego 6B/14, 84-200 Wejherowo, Poland. Please return the shipment to the above address after receiving return confirmation from the Customer Service Office.

4. Return costs

    • The Buyer bears the cost of returning the goods in case of withdrawal from the contract (return without giving a reason) – unless the seller explicitly decides otherwise. The seller covers the return costs only in the following cases:

      • If a different item than ordered was sent,

      • If the item is damaged/faulty or missing elements are due to our fault.

If the return is due to the seller's fault (error, damage, missing elements), the seller will cover the return shipping costs (after prior agreement on the refund method) or send a return label covering the shipping cost.

  • In case of withdrawal from the contract, we refund the full amount paid for the product, including delivery costs (applies to the cheapest delivery option offered in our store).

5. Refund

  • Refund will be processed within 14 calendar days from the day we receive the returned product.

  • Money will be refunded using the same payment method that was used during the purchase.

  • If a refund is necessary for a transaction made by the customer with a payment card, the seller will make the refund to the bank account assigned to the customer's payment card.

6. Exceptions to the right of return

The right of return may not apply in the following cases:

  • Personalized or specially ordered products.

  • Products used in a way that causes damage or reduces their value.

  • Hygienic products if the packaging has been opened (e.g., gym mats, personal accessories).

7. Complaints

If the product is damaged, not as described, or faulty, you have the right to make a complaint. In such a case, please contact our Customer Service Office to determine the next steps.
