GYM FREAKS Return Policy

At GYM FREAKS, we care about the satisfaction of our customers. As an online store operating in a dropshipping model from external warehouses, we provide clear, honest, and legally compliant rules regarding returns and contract cancellations.


1. Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the product, without the need to provide a reason.


2. Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted:

  • the product must not show signs of use,

  • the product should be returned in its original packaging as much as possible,

  • all set elements must be complete.

In case of a decrease in the product's value (e.g., signs of use), the store may reduce the refund amount according to the assessment of the product's condition.


3. Nature of Our Business (Dropshipping)

GYM FREAKS operates solely as an online store — we do not have a physical store or pickup point.

Products are shipped from various external warehouses, therefore:

✔️ the return address for products may vary

depending on:

  • the type of product,

  • the supplier,

  • the warehouse from which the order was shipped.

✔️ not all products are returned to the company's address

Some products are returned directly to our returns-receiving warehouse, while others are sent to manufacturers' or distributors' warehouses.

✔️ we always provide the correct return address individually

after reporting the return to the Customer Service Office.

This solution is a standard in dropshipping logistics and ensures the correct settlement of the return.


4. Return procedure

To make a return:

  1. Contact us by email: store@gym-freaks.eu
    Provide: order number, product name, and optionally the reason for the return.

  2. You will receive confirmation from us along with the correct address to which the product should be returned.

  3. Pack the product in a way that secures its transport.

  4. Send the product to the address provided in the return message.
    Note: the return address may vary depending on the product — please do not return shipments to the company's headquarters address without prior consultation.


5. Return costs

  • In the case of withdrawal from the contract (return without giving a reason) the Buyer bears the cost of returning the product.

  • If the return is due to the seller's fault (error in the order, defect, damage), we cover the return costs.

In such situations:

  • we can provide a return label, or

  • refund the shipping cost upon documentation.


6. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed within 14 days from the receipt of the returned product.

The payment is refunded using the same method as used for the purchase.
For card payments, the funds are automatically returned to the card's associated account.


7. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

No return is allowed in the case of:

  • personalized products,

  • products made to order,

  • hygienic products once the packaging is opened (e.g., mats, personal accessories),

  • products damaged due to improper use by the buyer.


8. Complaints

If the product arrives damaged or not as described:

  1. contact us at store@gym-freaks.eu,

  2. attach photos and describe the problem,

  3. we will provide further instructions or solutions (exchange, return, partial refund).
