GYM FREAKS Refund Policy
At GYM FREAKS, we care about the satisfaction of our customers. We understand that there may be a need for refunds at times. Below are the detailed refund rules.
1. When is a refund due?
A refund is due in the following cases:

The customer has exercised the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the order.

The product turned out to be faulty or not as described, and the complaint has been accepted.

The order was canceled before shipment.
2. Refund conditions
For a refund to be granted, the product must be returned in the following condition:

Undamaged (unless the issue concerns a product defect).

In the original packaging, if possible.

With a complete set of accessories, if they were included with the product.
The refund includes:

The full value of the product.

Delivery costs (applies to the cheapest delivery option offered by the store). The refund does not cover return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
3. Refund process
To apply for a refund, please follow these steps:

Provide purchase details, including the order number and reason for the refund request.

After the return is accepted, send the product to the specified address.

Upon receiving the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days.
