At GYM FREAKS, we care about our customers' satisfaction. We understand that sometimes a refund may be necessary for purchases. Below are the detailed refund terms.
1. When are you entitled to a refund?
A refund is available in the following cases:

The customer exercised the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the order.

The product is defective or not as described and the claim has been accepted.

The order was canceled before shipment.
2. Refund conditions
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in the following condition:

Undamaged (unless the issue concerns a product defect).

In its original packaging, if possible.

With the complete set of accessories, if any were included with the product.
The refund covers:

The full price of the product.

Delivery costs (applies to the cheapest delivery option offered by the store). The refund does not cover the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
3. Refund process
To request a refund, please follow the steps below:
