GYM FREAKS Delivery Policy

GYM FREAKS is an online store operating on a dropshipping model from external warehouses. We do not have a physical store or personal pickup point. All orders are fulfilled exclusively through shipping.


1. Delivery Area

We deliver to:

  • the entire Europe,

  • selected countries outside Europe.

The list of available delivery countries is updated regularly and visible during the order placement (in the cart / when choosing the delivery method).


2. Our Logistics Approach (Dropshipping)

  • Products are shipped directly from external warehouses of manufacturers, distributors, or logistics partners.

  • We do not physically store all products at the company's headquarters.

  • The company's headquarters address is not a warehouse or pickup point.

  • There is no option for personal order pickup.

This solution allows us to offer a wider range of products and faster shipping fulfillment in many countries.


3. Order Processing and Delivery Time

The total order processing time includes:

  1. order processing time (preparation, picking, dispatching),

  2. delivery time depending on the carrier and country.

Approximate delivery times:

  • Europe: usually 3–7 business days,

  • selected countries outside Europe: usually 7–14 business days.

In special situations (e.g. holiday periods, increased workload of courier companies, random events) delivery time may be extended. We always try to inform about any delays.


4. Delivery Costs

The delivery cost depends on:

  • the delivery country,

  • the weight and dimensions of the ordered products,

  • the selected delivery method (if different options are available).

The exact delivery cost amount is displayed before final order confirmation in the shopping cart.


5. Methods and Carriers

We cooperate with reputable courier companies and logistics operators.
Depending on the country and type of product, available options may include:

  • standard courier delivery,

  • express delivery (if available),

  • delivery to a pick-up point / parcel locker (if available).

Available delivery options for a specific order are visible during the order placement.


6. Tracking Shipment

After dispatching the package:

  • we send the tracking number to the customer,

  • we enable tracking the shipment on the carrier's website or through the received link.

In case of issues with the link or tracking number, customers can contact our Customer Service Office.


7. Delivery Problems

If:

  • the shipment is delayed,

  • the shipment did not arrive,

  • the package is damaged,

  • part of the order is missing,

please contact us immediately at: store@gym-freaks.eu.
We will verify the situation with the carrier and propose a solution (resend, partial refund, full refund, etc. - depending on the case).

In case of package damage, we recommend:

  • preparing a damage report with the courier (if possible),

  • taking photos from the outside and inside of the package,

  • sending the documentation to us by email.


8. Change of delivery address

If a change of delivery address is necessary after placing an order:

  • please contact us by email as soon as possible,

  • the possibility of changing the address depends on the stage of order processing and the carrier's policies.

After the shipment is dispatched, changing the address may be impossible or subject to additional conditions on the courier company's side.


9. Contactless delivery

Upon customer's request (if the carrier offers such a service), contactless delivery can be arranged.
Information about this preference can be:

  • write in the order comments, or

  • pass directly to the carrier using tracking tools (if available).


10. Returns and complaints

The rules for returns and withdrawal from the contract are described in detail in the GYM FREAKS Returns Policy.

If the product has arrived:

  • damaged,

  • not as ordered,

  • incomplete,
